This means you can only use the information for the purpose of acquiring the goods and services of Tonal Reproductions.

We collect personal information about you but do not disclose that information to any other entity at all, except for the purpose of supplying the goods and services to you.

When you contact us either through our web site (contact form, by placing an order in the Smart Uploader, or any other web form), or we create an order in our system for you, you are accepting that we may send you information about our products / services no more than 5 times per year. Just let us know if you'd like to not receive these emails.

Returns and Refunds

You might be concerned about buying over the internet, or what the final printed result will be. That's why we have a 100%, no questions asked, money back guarantee (See "100% Money-Back Guarantee"). If you have a problem, just return the product within 7 days and we'll fix the problem and send you another product, or refund the purchase price. It's your choice.

If you're not happy with your canvas print and want to return your purchase, that's no problem! Just remember it has to reach us within 7 days from the date of delivery:

In either case, it is your responsibility to ensure the canvas arrives safely back to us. If Australia Post or the courier loses the item and you don't have any tracking number or insurance then we will likely not be able to refund / replace.
