Tonal Reproductions Options

Upsizing small images to photos on canvas

If the image we are reproducing onto canvas is quite small, then your image may need to be 'upsized' to a resolution (DPI) big enough to achieve acceptable results. For $18, we can upsize nearly any image to ensure the quality is acceptable when printed.

Scanning

We can scan printed material such as photographs, slides of any size and negatives. Scanning costs $20 per scan.

Diptych, triptych and multi panel canvas prints

Triptych (pronounced trip-tick) is a work of art divided into three sections. A diptych (pronounced dip-tick) is a work of art divided into two section. For simplicity, we usually call these 'multi-panel images'. We charge a one-off fee for any of these options of $35.

Montages

A montage is where there is more than one photo on canvas. You can have as many images as you like laid out on the one canvas print. We charge $5 per image. So if you'd like a giclée print with 10 images, it would cost $50. We design the montage to your requirements and show you our work for your approval.

Sometimes, it's more cost-effective and easier to get a montage created by paying a per-hour rate. We charge $80 per hour.

Design Services

We can perform any kind of creative work for you. Most of your requests or our recommendations are performed free of charge. Anything that requires more than 30 minutes of work will be charged at $80 per hour. Whenever you engage our design services we determine your desired outcome, outline the time and cost involved and seek your approval to proceed with printing your photo to canvas.
